Our 2nd series release comes to us from Mariana Díaz - a producer with a small family farm in the rural village of Pompeya, Nariño, which is nestled in the Andes of southwestern Colombia. The volcanic soils, mountain streams, and dense forest canopy of this region's high terrain create ideal conditions for the Geisha variety - known for its exceptional complexity and distinctly delicate character.

Harvested May through June at altitude, then carefully washed to let the coffee's natural clarity shine through.
