The Odo Shakiso is a good comforting cup of coffee you can have any time and still get your beauty sleep. Don't sleep on this great cup of decaf! (Sorry)

This coffee is named after the town it was grown in, we hope you enjoy the fruits of their labor! 

Mountain Water Process uses a water solution to indirectly decaffeinate the green coffee beans most MWP coffees come from Descamex who uses pure water from Pico de Orizaba (the highest mountain in Mexico). The process begins with a chemical analysis to determine optimal conditions, and then the beans are steamed and prepared for extraction. The extraction process uses a water-based saturated solution that removes the caffeine while keeping the coffee’s flavor compounds in place. The end result is a clean and sweet coffee without any of the strange flavor associated with a standard decaf!
