This inaugural release comes to us from our good friends at Unblended Coffee, and is a product of their Young Producers Program, currently taking place in Andes, Antioquia. The Development Lot builds demand for processing experiments that are necessary for the development of the young producers in the program. In this coffee, you'll find various experimental processes and extended fermentations.

The result is a captivating flavor journey. Bright cherry and strawberry notes dance alongside dark chocolate undertones, while tropical fruit and floral notes add a wonderful complexity that sings as the coffee cools.
